Drinking local while enjoying summer sun just got that much easier! Grab some Basil Mint cider and your local ginger beer, then you’re pretty much there!


  • 3/4 ounce Mad Mint Vodka from Batch 206
  • 4 ounces Rachel’s Ginger Beer – Original
  • 3 ounces Basil Mint cider
  • Dash Scrappy’s Bitters – Aromatic
  • 4 crushed cardamom pods (or two dashes Scrappy’s Bitters – Cardamom)
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime, plus wedge for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Ice

Place ice in cocktail shaker. Add bitters, cardamom pods, lime juice, and vodka. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. In desired glass, add ginger beer and cider over ice. Top with strained cocktail mix. Serve with lime wedge and maraschino cherries.
