Basil Mint To Be

Ingredients:

What you will need:

1 can Basil Mint Cider
2 ounces Mango Orange Juice 

6 oz Champagne
Mint leaves for garnish

Start your Valentine’s Day off with a Basil Mint To Be Mimosa. Enjoy with your Valentine, Galentine, Palentine, Petentine, whoever!

Grab a couple of champagne flutes and pour in 1 oz of Mango Orange Juice into each flute. Add about 3 to 4 ounces of Basil Mint Cider and top with champagne. Enjoy and Happy Valentine’s Day! 

 

What’s so perfect about mimosas is that they are so versatile, and you can really play with the amounts of each element to make it your own! Try Marionberry Cider with limeade and champagne or perhaps Honeycrisp Cider with apple juice and champagne. The options are truly limitless.

What you will need:

1 can Marionberry Cider
3 oz Red Wine
1 oz Brandy
Dash of Orange Bitters
Orange slice for garnish
Ice

Merry and Light

Ingredients:

1 can Light Cider
2 ounces Cranberry Cocktail 

1 oz Gin
Rosemary and frozen cranberries garnish

Merry and Light is a simple, perfect little winter cocktail that taste just like the holidays. So let’s get to it!  

Fill your glass with ice and pour in your Cranberry Cocktail, Gin, and top with Light Cider. Garnish with rosemary and frozen cranberries. That’s it! Enjoy y’all and Happy Holidays.

Winter Wonderland

Ingredients:

What you will need:

1 can Basil Mint Cider
1 oz Coconut Rum
.5 oz Coconut Milk
1/2 Lime squeezed
Mint leaves about 6
1 tsp Sugar
Pomegranate Seeds and Mint- garnish
Ice

Directions:

Fill your cocktail shaker with coconut rum, coconut milk, sugar, squeeze in your half lime and toss in your mint leaves. Muddle everything up and give it a good shake. Fill your glass with ice and fill about half way with Basil Mint Cider. Top with your mix and garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint. Enjoy y’all.

Punch Bowl Mule

Ingredients:

1 can Punch Bowl Cider 

1 oz Ginger Beer

1 oz Cranberry Juice

1 oz Vodka

Half a Lime

Rosemary and Cranberries – garnish

Ice 

 

Directions:

Fill your mug with ice and pour in your Ginger Beer, Cranberry Juice, Vodka, squeeze in half a Lime, and give it a little stir. Grab that Punch Bowl Cider to top it off and don’t forget to garnish with Rosemary and Cranberries. Enjoy y’all. 

 

And for this recipe you can tweak to your liking, add more cranberry juice to make it sweeter, or add more ginger beer to give a bit more bite! Whatever you like!

Three Pepper Pineapple Marg

Ingredients:

1 can Three Pepper Cider 

1 oz Triple Sec

1 oz Tequila Gold

2 oz Pineapple Juice

1 Lime

Pineapple chunks and Jalapeño – garnish

Ice 

Directions:

Fill your glass with ice and pour in your Triple Sec, Tequila Gold, and Pineapple Juice. Squeeze in one Lime and top off with Three Pepper Cider. Garnish with sliced Jalapeños and Pineapple chunks. Enjoy y’all. 

 

Salt the rim if you wanna or to spice it up add Tajin!

Autumn Leaves

Ingredients:

1 can Punch Bowl Cider 

1 oz Japanese Whiskey

2 oz Dark Cherry Cranberry Juice

.5 oz Lemon Lime Syrup

1 Egg White 

Rosemary – garnish

Ice

Directions:

Fill your glass half way with Punch Bowl Cider. Break out the cocktail shaker for this one. Pour in the dark cherry cranberry juice, Japanese Whiskey, lemon/lime syrup, and egg white. Shake that bad boy up like no ones business for about 12 seconds. Add in ice and shake again for another 10 seconds. Pour into glass and garnish with rosemary. 

 

*This cocktail does contain raw egg

Vampire's Kiss

Ingredients:

1 can Light Cider 

.25 oz Cocktail Cherry Syrup

2 oz Pomegranate Dark Cherry Juice

2 oz Vodka 

Rosemary and Cocktail Cherries – garnish

Karo Syrup with red and blue food coloring (blood) for rim (optional) 

Ice 

Directions:

This one is bloody good. Vampire’s Kiss is vibrant and juicy sure to be a favorite at any Halloween party.

Rim your glass with blood aka karo syrup and good coloring. Add your ice and pour in cocktail cherry syrup, pomegranate dark cherry juice, and vodka. Top with Light Cider and garnish with cocktail cherries and rosemary. Enjoy!

Dead By Dawn

Ingredients:

 1 can Honeycrisp Cider 

1.5 oz Tequila

2 oz OJ

1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice

1 oz Blood Orange Juice

Thyme, Cocktail Cherries, Blood Orange Slice for garnish
Ice

 

Directions:

Fill your glass with ice. Then pour in the Tequila, OJ, Grapefruit Juice, Blood Orange Juice. Top with Honeycrisp Cider and garnish with a sprig of Thyme, Cocktail Cherries, and a Blood Orange Slice.

Black food coloring and glitter are optional.

The Midnight Hour

Ingredients:

1 can Pumpkin Spice Cider
2 oz Brandy
.5 ounce Maple Syrup
1 Egg White
Ice

Directions:

Fill your glass half way with Pumpkin Spice Cider. Grab your cocktail shaker and pour in your brandy, maple syrup, and egg white. Shake it for a few seconds then add ice. Now shake for at least 12 seconds like your life depends on it. Then pour it in your glass of cider and garnish with cinnamon and enjoy!

Witch's Brew

Ingredients:

1 can Honeycrisp Cider 

1.5 oz Apple Brandy

3 oz Apple Cider

Edible Glitter

Black Food Coloring

Honeycrisp Apple – garnish

Ice 

Directions:

Fill your glass with ice then pour in brandy and apple cider. Then top it off with Honeycrisp Cider and drop in black food coloring. Give it a stir and watch it turn black. Then do a few spritz of gold glitter. For the garnish we cut out a jack-o-lantern face to give it more spookiness. Enjoy witches! 

Black food coloring and glitter are optional.

Strawberry Basil Mint

Ingredients:

What you will need:

1 can of Basil Mint Cider 

2 ounces of Gin

1 ounce Lemon Juice

Strawberries

Basil Leaves

Sugar

Ice

Directions:

First let’s take our cocktail shaker and add some strawberries, sugar, basil leaves, gin, lemon juice and muddle it up real good. Add ice to your glass and pour in the mix. Top with Basil Mint Cider and enjoy! 

Tropical Screwdriver

Ingredients:

What you will need:

1 can Honeycrisp Cider 

1 oz Vodka

2 oz Guava Nectar

Ice 

Directions:

Fill your glass with ice and pour in your Vodka, Guava Nectar, and top with Honeycrisp Cider. Give it a little stir and that’s it! Now go outside, close your eyes, let the sun kiss your face and the breeze gently brush your cheeks and imagine the sandy beaches with the waves lapping. Damn we wish we were there for real now.

Summer Peach Sangria

Ingredients:

 

What you will need:

3 cans of Honeycrisp Cider 

6 ounces of Oola Bourbon

6 ounces White Port Wine

1.5 ounces Lemon Juice 

Peaches for garnish

Honeycrisp Apples for garnish 

3 ounces Peach Sage Simple Syrup:

Peach

Sage (about 10 leaves)

Muscovado Sugar (1/2 cup)

1 cup Water

Directions:

First let’s make our Simple Syrup. Add 1 cup water, and 1/5 cup Muscovado sugar to a pan. Toss in a few Sage leaves and cut up one peach (skin on) and add into the pan. Over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let syrup steep for at least an hour to really get those peach flavors in there. Pour syrup into a glass jar through a mesh strainer to remove peaches and sage; let cool.

Cut up 2 Peaches, 2 Honeycrisp Apples, and a Lemon. Grab a big ol’ pitcher and toss in your fruit. Pour in 6 ounces Bourbon, 6 ounces White Port Wine, 3 cans of Honeycrisp, 3 ounces Simple Syrup, and 1.5 ounces Lemon Juice. Pick out a glass, add ice, then fill it up with that peachy goodness and garnish with some sage! Enjoy y’all!

Light Negroni'ish

Ingredients:

What you will need:

1 can Light Cider

.75 oz Sweet Vermouth

.75 oz Campari

1 oz Gin

1 Lime

Ice 

Directions:

Fill your glass half way with Light Cider then pour in Sweet Vermouth, Campari, and Gin. Give it a little stir, add your ice and squeeze half a lime. One more little stir and enjoy! 

Malibu Barbie

Ingredients:

1 can of Dry Cider (frozen – about 4 cubes)

1 ounce of White Rum

1 ounce Pineapple Juice

Frozen Dragonfruit (1/4 cup)

Coconut Ice Cream (1 scoop)

Directions:

Let’s get this pink drink started with about 4 frozen cubes of Dry Cider, 1 ounce Pineapple Juice, 1 ounce White Rum, and ¼ cup frozen Dragonfruit. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass. Top with coconut ice cream and enjoy!

Marionberry Mule

Ingredients:

1 can Marionberry Cider 

2 oz Oola Citrus Vodka

3 oz Ginger Beer

1 Lemon or Lime 

Ice 

Directions:

Fill your glass with ice and pour in Oola Citrus Vodka, squeeze one lemon/lime, Ginger Beer, and top with Marionberry Cider. Garnish with a mint leaf and enjoy!

Shark-a-rita

Ingredients:

1 can Odyssey 

1 oz Tequila for that extra bite!

1 oz Blue Curacao for the deep blue sea

1 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Lemon Simple Syrup

Splash of Grenadine for blood in the water!

Ice

Directions:

Fill your glass with ice and pour in Tequila, Blue Curaca, Lime Juice, and Lemon Simple Syrup. Stir is up, top with Odyssey, and give it a bloody splash of Grenadine! 

Pomegranate Fizzer

Ingredients:

1 can Dry Cider 

1 oz Gin 

1 oz Lime Juice 

3 oz Sparkling Pomegranate Juice

Ice

Directions:

Fill your glass with ice and pour in sparkling pomegranate juice, lime juice, and gin. Top with Dry Cider and give it a stir. That’s it! Enjoy y’all.

Watermelon Ginger Spritz

Ingredients:

1 can of Light Cider 

1 ounce of Aperol

2 ounces Watermelon/Ginger/Lime Juice

Lime for garnish

Ice

Directions:

This one requires a juicer or you can blend and use a mesh strainer to rid pulp. 

In your juicer, juice 1 mini watermelon, 1 lime, and a knob of ginger. We used a mesh strainer to make sure it was going to be extra smooth. 

First add your desired amount of ice and pour in 1 ounce Aperol, 2 ounces of your watermelon, ginger, lime juice. Top with Light Cider and garnish with a lime slice. It literally taste like summer. Enjoy!

Marionberry Lemon Drop

Ingredients:

1 can of Marionberry Cider 

1 ounce of Vodka

1 ounce of Triple Sec

2 ounces Lemon Juice

1/2 ounce of Lemon Simple Syrup

2 Lemons

Lemon Sugar for rim – ½ c sugar and 1 lemon

Marionerries for garnish (or blackberries) optional 

Ice

Directions:

This cocktail is tart and down right delightful. If you love Lemon Drops then this is a must try.  

 

First let’s make some lemon simple syrup. 1 cup water. 1 cup granulated sugar. Zest of one lemon. Squeeze half the lemon in as well. Over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let syrup steep for about 30 minutes.

Pour syrup into a glass jar through a mesh strainer to remove lemon peel; let cool.

 

Second let’s make that lemon sugar. ½ c. sugar and zest of one lemon. Mix with your hands until fully incorporated. 

 

Third let’s make the dang thing. In a cocktail shaker add ice, 2 ounces lemon juice, 1 ounce Triple Sec, 1 ounce Vodka, ½ ounce lemon simple syrup. Shake it up. We chilled the glass and rimmed with the lemon sugar. Pour in your mixture and top with Marionberry Cider. Garnish with lemon wedge and marionberry. Enjoy! 

Light Mango Sgroppino

Ingredients:

 1 can Light Cider

1 ounce Oola Citrus Vodka

2 scoops Mango Sorbet

 Directions:

Add 2 scoops of mango sorbet ( or any flavor ) then 1 ounce of OolaCitrus Vodka ( or any vodka )

Finally top with Light Cider, give it a lil stir and enjoy!

Light Rosemary Lemonade

Ingredients:

 1 can Light Cider

1 ounce Gin

3 ounces Rosemary Lemonade

Lemon and Rosemary

Rosemary Ice (pour water in ice tray and add rosemary leaves) 

Directions:

Add your rosemary ice,

pour in 3 ounces of your rosemary lemonade,

1 ounce gin,

 top with Light Cider.

Give it a lil stir and garnish with lemon slice and rosemary sprig.

Enjoy the heck out of this now.

Add splash of grenadine

1 Can Basil Mint cider

Rim glass with jalapeño salt.

Pour shaker mix over ice

Garnish with dried grapefruit slice

Directions:

Add 2oz of gin to glass

Top with another slapped basil leaf and enjoy!

 Directions:

Add ice to glass

Pour in Brandy

Add simple syrup & stir to mix

Top off with Honeycrisp cider

1 can of Light Cider

2 ounces of Lavender Vodka

1 ounce Lavender Simple Syrup

1 lemon 

Ice

 

Directions:

Add ice to glass

Add 2 ounces Lavender Vodka

Add 1 ounce Lavender Simple Syrup

Squeese half a lemon

Top with Light Cider

Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy!

Brown sugar for rim
